How do I activate Premium for my server?
Log in to your dashboard, open the server you want to upgrade, and go to the ⭐ Premium tab in the sidebar. Click "Subscribe" to proceed to the secure Stripe checkout.
Is the subscription per server or per user?
Premium is per server. Each server needs its own subscription. If you manage multiple servers and want Premium on all of them, you'll need separate subscriptions for each.
What payment methods are accepted?
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and more).
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your server dashboard → Premium tab → "Manage Subscription". Your premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
What are the GIF requirements?
Your welcome GIF must be exactly 700 × 300 pixels, in GIF format, and no larger than 8 MB. You can upload it from the welcome message settings or the Premium tab.
What happens if my payment fails?
Stripe will retry the payment automatically. If the payment ultimately fails, your subscription will be marked as past due and premium features may be suspended until payment is resolved. You'll be notified by Stripe.
